Zimbabwe Chess Federation Hosts Amazing Black Tie Corporate Event
The Zimbabwe Chess Federation recently held a black-tie corporate event at Organiks Ndizvo restaurant in Chisipite, Harare. The event saw GM Nigel Short partake in a simultaneous challenge against 25 players. Gm Nigel Short won each of his games against students, executives and other chess enthusiasts.
ZCF used the event to fundraise for its various activities. To play in the simultaneous challenge one to part with USD280.00 whilst to attend you had to fork out a sum of USD70. The well-attended event was excellently organised with great decor, food and refreshments. Check out some of the pics from the event below:
