Harare Chess Society is a non-profit organization that promotes the playing of chess in Harare, Zimbabwe. Its primary objective is to bring people together and create an amazing community that fosters respectful rivalry, meaningful friendships, and personal growth through the game of chess. At the heart of the Society are its members drawn from all walks of life, and united by their love of chess. Harare Chess Society hosts FIDE-rated events which are always graced by the country’s top players.
